I am honoured & grateful for your interest in wanting to create fan works! However, I do ask that you respect my boundaries as set out the following Guidelines in this Fanworks Policy. Any fanwork that violates this Policy or the subsequent Guidelines is prohibited.

【 Merchandise 】
✔️ You may create derivative fan-made merchandise (regardless of physical or digital) to sell at conventions and/or online stores.
*If possible, I would love to receive a copy of any fan-made merch to keep for myself!
❌ This is NOT applicable if you are considered a large-scale business. Please contact me via email for any business collaboration inquiries.
🔔 I reserve the right to request for any sales and activities to be suspended.

✔️ You may create derivative fan-made video content
(ie. compilations, highlights, clips, etc.) to upload to
video-sharing platform sites (e.g. YouTube, Bilibili, etc.).
❌ Please refrain from creating works that includes harmful or offensive content or behaviours.
🔔 I reserve the right to request for any videos and/or clips to be taken down.
GUIDELINES
I retain the rights / copyrights to Chie (@asahinaChie), and do not relinquish our copyright or related rights through these overall Guidelines.

❌ You are NOT ALLOWED to create any works that involve controversial topics or sensitive information including, but not limited to any particular ideology, belief, religion, politics, or celebrity-related topics.
❌ DO NOT post or sell any kind of fanworks (or any content including Chie) on any non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrencies trading sites.
❌ Any sales of any official assets, including my model (any part), logo, emotes, etc. are NOT ALLOWED.
